Waxing Cancellation/No-Call No-Show

If in any event you need to cancel your waxing appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We will happily assist you in cancelling or rescheduling your appointment at that time. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us through phone by text message or call to our direct cellphone line, email, or going through the scheduling app. Cancelling your appointment past the 24-hour threshold could be determined as a No Call No Show. A no call no show is subject to a 50% charge of the service in order to rebook future appointments with us. Once you have reached the limit of 3 No Call No Show’s., you will be placed on a walk-in basis only. Timing becomes a very key part in perfecting services for each client. We understand that sometimes unpreventable situations may arise, we have created a time allowance in which a client can be late and still be serviced. If you are running late to an appointment, we can still service you if the timing is as follows:

·       4 minutes late to a 15-minute appointment

·       9 minutes late to a 30-minute appointment

·       14 minutes late to a 45-minute appointment

·       19 minutes late to a 60 minute+ appointment
